VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

INFORMATION FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAMS AND SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT NOTICE TO DISABLED VETERANS, VIETNAM ERA VETERANS, VETERANS OF OTHER AMERICAN WARS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES

Government agencies require periodic reports on the sex, ethnic background, and veteran status of applicants. This data is for analysis and affirmative action only. Submission of information about sex, ethnic background, and a physical/emotional disability is voluntary.

As a government contractor, we are subject to Section 402 of the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Act of 1974 which requires they take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified disabled veterans and veterans of the Vietnam Era, and the Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (Public Law 105-339) which covers veterans who served on active duty during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized. Government contractors are also subject to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which requires they take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified physically/mentally impaired individuals. Also, this Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and is willing to make reasonable accommodations to aid the employment of disabled applicants.
